Anika Sorkilmo is an interdisciplinary artist and filmmaker from Ottawa, Ontario.
She is currently earning her Bacherlors of Fine Arts in film animation with a minor in Interdisiplinary Studies of Sexuality at Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec.
Through the use of puppetry, animation and illustration, she creates absurd and colourful characters that explore themes of gender, sexuality, and place.
